I am searching for a next tenant as of 15th January 2017 (new contract with Regie/ no subletting or flat share).
It is a cosy, unfurnished and recently renovated 2-room-apartment (~36 m2) on the 3rd floor with a nice view at JONCTION (windows to south west).
Rooms:
- One big kitchen which is possible to split into half kitchen and half living room/ area (kitchenette included; 4 years old cooker can be purchased). It has a big window with an integrated bench seat.
- A separate sleeping or living room (~14 m2) which has enough space for a big bed, wardrobe and table for example (with a big window).
- Bathroom with a bathtub and enough space for a washing machine and cupboard.
- Seperate toilet.
- Private basement.
- Common basement for bicycles and a tiny common garden for dustbins.
The rent is excluding charges and 3 months' rent deposit for guarantee is required.
The flat has gas heating in the living room and internet access (optical fiber/ also possible for TV).
Parking is available in the street (Macaron recommended).
I offer visits on Thursday 15th and Tuesday 20th December from 7-8 pm.
